Charles Hand

Charles Hand is a leadership and performance development consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining The Achieve Institute, he served as an executive at Verizon Wireless where he led sales, customer service and retail operations teams for over twenty years. During his tenure, Charles played a key role in driving year over year increases in revenue, market share and net income which established Verizon Wireless as the undisputed wireless leader in the company's flagship New York Metro region. Charles is a trained expert in The Achieve System™.

Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Achieve Institute, as well as a deep understanding of strategies to create a culture that drives and sustains peak performance. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Policy from Rutgers University.
