Mary Lynne Heldmann is a leadership/organizational development consultant with over 30 years of experience in high level executive consulting, coaching, team development, education, facilitation, and group dialogue. She is a principal of The Achieve Institute and contributed to the development of The Achieve System™. Mary Lynne has coached CEO, President, Vice President and Director level executives at several Fortune 500 companies. A partial client list includes: American Express, AT&T, Cisco Systems, Humana, IBM, SAIC, Texaco, Verizon and Verizon Wireless.
Mary Lynne is the author of the Ballantine book, When Words Hurt: How to Keep Criticism from Undermining Your Self Esteem. A significant portion of this book is based on the Communication/Feedback Curricula she developed and taught in numerous Fortune 200 companies. She is a lecturer and keynote speaker. She has been a guest specialist on several radio and T.V. programs including the Oprah Winfrey Show. Mary Lynne has also worked as a columnist for Working Mother Magazine.
Mary Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Sociology from Dunbarton College.
