Steve Kovich

Steve Kovich is a lifelong practitioner of leadership development and has been recognized for developing future leaders within Fortune 500 companies for the past ten years. His appreciation for leadership development is deep and his coaching extends to the vice president and president levels. Steve is a trained expert in The Achieve System™.
Steve formerly held director level positions in operations at both Nabisco and Kraft Foods Global. Early in his career, Steve was an original member of Nabisco's Greenfield Project Team charged with engineering, procuring, and constructing new state of the art food manufacturing facilities. During the Greenfield Project, Steve served on the socio-technical team which later became the basis for his professional interest in leadership studies and development.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University.
