Xavier Hernandez is an organization leadership consultant with a passion for partnering with individuals, teams and organizations. Xavier is skilled in team building, training and development, qualitative and quantitative evaluation, and leveraging character strengths. He has extensive experience working with individuals and groups from diverse multicultural backgrounds. In addition to his business and organizational experience, Xavier is a trained expert in The Achieve System™.
Xavier has provided consulting and coaching services within a broad range of industries, including financial, legal, information technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, retail, government, hotel/cruise line, human resources, environmental and health care.
Xavier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Xavier also holds both a Master's of Science degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Dual Clinical and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
